Meredith and Joe met and fell in love in Boston, where they adopted adorable nicknames for each other. Meredith, "Chickadee," was studying Media Arts at Emerson College while Joe, "Sugar Bear" was in his 4th year of teaching elementary and middle school. They both shared a deep love for the outdoors as environmental educators and adventure enthusiasts. Together they built a life around "DDD" — their daily doses of dreaming — where they envisioned owning and operating an open space to grow food, cultivate flowers, and raise a family.

In 2022, Joe, ("Bear") and Meredith, ("Bird"), were thriled to purchase their property in Brentwood, taking their first step toward turning their dream into a reality and sharing their love of nature with the community.
